She likes to make Reading and Library Time fun for all.  Some of her favorite books, at this time are:  The Snowy Day, Lightning Thief, Harry Potter, Harriet the Spy, The Hungry Caterpillar, Front Desk, and more . . . . .

Mrs. Lawler has been the assistant librarian at Drew since the Fall of 2021. Before working at Drew, she was a stay-at-home mother for several years, volunteering in school libraries for over ten years. Prior to staying home with her children, she spent seventeen years managing various medical practices. She has always loved reading and libraries have always been a favorite place for her to spend time. She is a huge fan of the author Jason Reynolds. Some of her favorite books are Lily’s Purple Plastic Purse, Olivia, Out of My Mind, and Insignificant Events in the Life of a Cactus.
Her goal is to make sure that every student and staff member feels welcome in the library and leaves with a good book and a smile.
